The $245 registration fee covers two months of training at Power Plus in Edmonton, liability coverage and coaching honorarium.

Training sessions are usually 90 minutes long, including a warm-up.
Michael Mountford is a provincial Olympic weightlifting coach and his past coaching assignments include the Junior Canada Cup, the Canada Games, and the Western Canada Games. Michael has previously coached community clubs in Fort Saskatchewan, Mill Woods, and Athabasca.
Michael has over 30 years of coaching experience for weight training.
Michael is a Level Il certified coach under the National Coaching Certification Program , plus a Coaching Facilitator for the new NCCP program for weightlifting.
